Job Description:
(Main Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Provide administrative support to managers and teams, including scheduling, managing calendars, and organising meetings.
  • Develop and manage business accounts to enhance sales of SaaS Infinity’s business products and services.
  • Assume responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of multiple business accounts.
  • Manage teams and communicate with customers to resolve their complaints.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Attend business meetings to present reports and presentations.
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of administrative policies.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and handle special projects as assigned.
  • Perform and/or supervise general accounting and administrative duties.

Desirable:

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant software.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Working in payment industry and IT services and solutions (preferred).

Job Description:
(Main Duties and Responsibilities)

Client Relationship Management

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strong relationships with business clients to increase sales of financial products and services.
  • Promote financial products tailored to clients’ financial needs, aligning with their goals and company targets.

Account Management

  • Oversee the efficient and effective management of multiple business accounts, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support and supervise teams handling insurance claims, ensuring timely and compliant processing and resolution.

Financial and Administrative Duties

  • Perform and/or supervise general accounting duties, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage administrative tasks for client accounts, coordinating across departments to ensure seamless operations.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, mitigating risks for clients and the organization.
  • Lead a sales team, guiding them towards achieving objectives in line with company strategy.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant industry, ideally within the financial services, payment industry, or IT services sectors.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, Google Workspace, and financial management tools. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

Language Requirement: Must demonstrate English proficiency at B1 level on the CEFR scale.

Job Description:
(Main Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Liaises with the director in order to define the requirements for the website.
  • Presents design options to the client.
  • Design web pages including graphics, animation, and functionality to maximise visual effectiveness and facilitate appropriate access.
  • Uploads new catalogues and product pictures as required and ensures that products are correctly described and promoted to attract the most customers.
  • Develops the website and applications.
  • Designs and develops web interfaces for relational database systems.
  • Establishes methods to ensure appropriate website security and recovery.
  • Writes and publishes content for the website.
  • Tests website interaction and performance prior to going live, and monitors and maintains functionality of the website.
  • Activates the live website.

Entry Requirements:

Entrants usually possess a degree or equivalent qualification, although entry with other academic qualifications and/or significant relevant experience is possible. There is a variety of relevant vocational, professional, and postgraduate qualifications available.
